Should we Prioritize Revitalizing Earth or Colonizing Space?
A decent debate can be had – for the future of humanity, is it more essential to colonize space or save the ecosystem on Earth? Immediately, perhaps save the ecosystem. But it will always die in the end. The sun has a shelf life. So going interstellar is essential. On the other hand, if we don’t save the ecosystem that sustains human life, we may not survive to develop the technology to become an interstellar species.
